I am trying to imagine it coming out...well not so much imagining, but you get what I mean. If it stays whole then it will come out in one long release, if it pops then it can come out in pieces...if it does pop does it do any internal damage besides making you belch? She should be full for quite some time because she can't exactly digest the balloon...
