    Wouldn't you know, we age and process our own Beeves, and Game animals, Buffalo, Moose, Elk, Mule deer, and an occasional Bear! We "Just say no" to Government Meat! We usually barter our own "Custom Charcuterie" to our friends and neighbors!

    The USDA and FDA, those Feds tax their products beyond all reason! Of course, we have met all of the standards of government quality meat purveyors, but without an ink stamp. We only deal with legal Prime and Choice cuts. We aren't under any USDA regulations because we process our smaller quantity products only on our Tribal land!
