    I've read a few posts referencing Bolognaise Sauce, so I was thinking I have some gnocchi's I need to use, so why not makes some Bolognaise Sauce and fry the gnocchi's in butter. Put the two together and voila. Of course I could go with the Alfredo Sauce too.

    Fondue, one of my sister's and my own favourite meals, even with the vegetable, sausage or meat variant. A little wine and apple from the Alps.:)

    Today my sister and I are having dinner on our couple's night before the weekend, she with her friends and I with mine. We will have dinner at a friend's restaurant who is the owner and chef. He knows our preferences and always chooses different and tasty dishes. As always my sister will try to eat only vegetables, but that friend already knows to add meat or fish, because I ask him to do so. That friend also chooses the wine and the dessert. He has magic hands for food and his choices are always exquisite. Everyone in the restaurant looks at us, because we are the only table served by the chef :)

    Tonight it's Baked Curry Chicken (with celery and a few small red potatoes thrown in) for me.

    Roasted Chicken with corn for the wife.
