Whats for Dinner tonight???

Nothing for dinner just feel like it

 

I am smoking hot chorizo sausage for dinner tonight..... and drinking Molson Canadian

 

Chicken

 

beef and rice.

 

Dinner was one of those gourmet burgers from a local joint. it came with fried macaroni and cheese, candied jalapenos, bacon and arugula. it was spicy, but quite tasty!

 

Tonite we having pulled pork bbq, sweet potato fries and coleslaw....

 

Chicken breast with Paprika rice and tomato cucumber salad

 

Vegetable puree and baked hake with green sauce, wine and for dessert crêpe with strawberry jam.

 

A very spicy chicken madras with pilau rice.

Chicken Madras:
1 large onion - peeled and roughly chopped
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp ghee or vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts - chopped into bitesize chunks
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp madras hot curry powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp ground fenugreek
1 tsp tamarind paste
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
200 ml passata
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp greek yoghurt
2 tsp methi leaves

 

I have Wiener Schnitzel with French fries

 

For tomorrow I'm cooking a traditional Finnish ham and making Karelia Pies. Or as my hubby calls them, pussy pies. No idea why he calls them that.

 

Pasta!

 

We like the potato better.
