Dumb, dumber, dumbest

I hope this is a (relatively) short drop.

 

In a previous life, I was a paramedic. My partner and I responded to an accidental GSW. The 22 year-old 'genius' had tucked a semi-automatic pistol (similar to the one pictured) into his trousers. Apparently, as seen in some cinema feature or telly programme.


His mates had told him the weapon was unloaded and he himself had examined the empty clip. I am (reasonably) certain, you all can figure out the issue.


Seems, no one had bothered to see if, a round had been chambered. The lad apparently had a pint or two then, flopped or stumbled into a chair. As you folks have no doubt surmised, the weapon discharged. The 'good' news is, it was a small caliber round. So, the lad retained his personal 'weapon'. Unfortunately, he was not so lucky re; his personal 'ammunition pouches'! I sincerely hope, he was a successful candidate for TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy).
