Dark Mode??

    Is there anyway we could get a dark mode for the website? Not sure how difficult it would be to role out. Anyone have any experience here?

    I use Opera GX to browse this forum. It has an option to force dark pages. While that feature doesn't work on every site, it works well here.

    If you scroll down to the bottom of the site page, you'll see a word ("default" probably). If you click on that word, it'll bring up the site's themes. Some members see all of them in the list, others haven't. I've personally had one or two disappear at times.

    If that option doesn't have a dark theme for you, you can also use a browser extension such as Dark Reader (Firefox, Chrome), which also darkens the pages you visit and can be set on or off on a per-website basis.

    This forum has two darker desktop themes, Blackend and Flexile Dark.

    Blackend works well.

    The Flexile Dark has a known issue but was kept due to member feedback. In some boxes, I believe including "search", the font color is the same as the box color. You can't see the text unless you highlight it.
