Has anyone actually lasted more than 20 seconds playing family simulator?

Just curious if any of you who have tried playing Family Simulator (the one that is always posting ads) have last more than 20 second before cumming.

They are not very specific on when the timer starts for the twenty seconds, so I am somewhat dubious about their bold claim.
