Tried the two ingredient pizza crust. It works, but has no real flavor. The only flavor it has is a mild Greek yogurt taste, barely noticeable.

    The ingredients are:

1 to 1½ cups Self Rising Flour
    1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

Mix together then kneed like normal, no rising or proofing. Bake as normal.
To make it better tasting I would add salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Instead of making a pizza crust, I make a loaf, brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. For the bread, I would add a teaspoon of sugar. There goes the two ingredients, but it can be made fast, from start to into oven in ten minutes.

Tray of baked broccoli with bechamel sauce, chopped bacon and melted cheese. A glass of wine. Afterwards, organic pears grown by a friend of Dad's who always gives us fruit and vegetables. He never forgets the friendship and help of our parents over many years.

I, as well as many other germans mostly eat warm cooked meals at lunch. During workdays I got a warm meal in the work's cafeteria. For lunch I mostly eat cold things, or a warm meal, when I didn't have one for lunch .... or I might end up with 2 warm meals a days.

In Spain it is very different, lunch and dinner are hot. A cold dinner is a very sporadic situation and not at all normal, a day when you don't want to cook and you take several things from the fridge. The other option, much more convenient, is to have the food delivered to your home, hamburger, pizzas... that is the best option, the most convenient. :):):):):)
