    Farewell dinner because a girl friend and I are leaving tomorrow for our music festival. We will have dinner at Foster Hollywood. For starters to share a Hollywood combo, onion rings and fingers. For the main course I really like the Black Label Iberian ribs, all accompanied by cold water. For dessert maybe All Stars Brownie. Then off to sleep, tomorrow we leave at 7am.

    Crab legs, Shrimp Cocktail, Shrimp Scampi, Southern Fried Steak.

    Washed down (well, pre and during the meal) with Manhattans, two cherries please!

    Also calamari, a recipe from Estrella de Mar, my sister wants to prepare it for dinner. Grilled squid with tomato and onion sauce. Chilled white wine to drink and for dessert maybe a sweet and light dessert, some strawberries.

    Tonight I'm having dinner with friends in an Italian restaurant, so it will be pizza, I like it with lots of cheese. :)

    That is what we ended up having. Mine is good. But, I have had better.
    Care to share your recipe?

    Afte reading that, it is the choice for tonight. Just need to pick up the cottage cheese (I like that over Riccotta).
