    Late this afternoon, I went to lie on my couch and set the PC to continuous music from the 30s.
    It was brilliant and so relaxing.
    I love the old music. It is harmonic, loving and gentle.

    OMG, I grew up on the music from the ‘50’s and ‘60’s, but my favorite music now is that from the ‘30’s and the ‘40’s.

    I've always liked the message of this song (essentially that physical perfection is not the be-all and end-all). Catchy as heck too!

    20 years ago, when I was being cyberstalked by a seriously unhinged woman, this song was, rather spookily, at or near the top of the charts.

    This is my favourite Cliff Richard song. I often sang the chorus during the cyberstalking period.

    This song is kind of a personal anthem of mine. It's about a real event of history, but more than that, for me it's about triumphing against seemingly insurmountable odds. We all, at different times in our lives, have a "Bismarck" that needs sinking.
