    These men are building workers who've just been told their building industry will be lockdown for 14 days because 350 cases of Covid-19 have been found among 300,000 building workers.

    They also been told that vaccinations are compulsory - if they want to work! (Now, Nurses on New York City have walked of the job or resigned for the same reason.)

    They are not Right-wing activists, or neo-nazis, just ordinary blokes, for the most militant left-wing union in Victoria protesting the only way no how. BTW Victoria has had a total 8 months of lockdowns since this March (?) last year. Yet we have still had 90% of Australia's deaths that's circa 900 deaths in a population of 25,000,000 people.

    This clip is from a mainstream news outlet, so don't put any faith in the commentary.


    Oh! by the way the men here ate seen demonstrating at the offices of CFMEU - their own union, because union their own local representatives have refused to sand up for them against this lockdown and compulsory

    Here is the part they leave out of the "walk offs on belief". The Union wont back them. Most of their contracts? Say they CAN be required to have any approved vaccine. And that judge in Utica is very likely going to be overturned on the Appeals Court? Why you ask? They went Court Shopping on the lower circuit to a Redder area. The Court Of Appeals does not have an Upstate Conservative option to shop. It is one court and that one? Does not usually uphold the Upstate Federal Court there in Utica too often.

    Also the Nurses need to watch out. I would have to look up their license rules to be sure. But a gap in employment? Or lack of sponsorship by an actual entity when they have to renew? Can mean no renewal. Those are not always "temp suspensions". They are "Take the exam again".

    Again dont know how their license works. But some in NY require a "sponsor". And if the lawsuit is overturned? That means they cant work in NY. And no. No state is going to be stupid enough to take someone without a current, valid, license in at least 1 state.

    For example. If I only practiced Law in NYS? There ARE states that are reciprocal. Meaning I can OBTAIN one based on my valid, in good standing NY one without reexaming in that state. I still have to do their Continuing Professional Ed requirements on top of NYS's. There are certain states (like 5) that are not reciprocal with NYS and 3 that are not with ANYONE. You have to exam in all states. The exception? If you are a Federal Prosecutor? Even for a day? Or, say 15 months.......... you are licensed in all 50 states for obvious reasons. Forever. Unless you surrender. I surrendered 42 after leaving. I have little need to appear anywhere besides NY, NJ, CT, PA, MD, DC, VA and CA.
