If you could make one illegal thing legal...

So here's a question for y'all: If you could make one thing that is illegal legal, what would it be? Here's the catch - you cannot answer with "incest". It's got to be something else. It can be sexual or something else entirely.

For me, it would be keeping a raccoon as a pet. Here in the UK, it's not legal to keep a raccoon as a pet. This is unfortunate for me, as raccoons are my favourite animal. So if it were legal to own one as a pet, that would be really cool!

 

In Canada, it is illegal to pay for anything with too many coins. Say you have a $30 meal, can only pay in coins up to $25 in loonies and $5 in nickels for instance, not with $30 in loonies ($1 coin). I would abolish that law

They're just really cute. I especially love the chunky ones. They're really funny too

Until you have one totally rip up and destroy EVERYTHING inside/outside your house looking for
food. Which they never stop doing (except for mating) even if they are full from just eating.

Believe me, I had a neighbor with 5 of them as pets. You don't really want them.

 

I imagine 5 would be too much to handle - I'd go for 1 or maybe 2 maximum. Plus I'd spend time training them, and give them their own room in the house with a climbing frame and stuff where they can spend most of their time.

Stupid paperwork required by the government in sales that do absolutely nothing but create paperwork.

That is, it is illegal to help someone with health insurance unless they sign a document stating they

Absolutely agree. So long as there's consent, any type of sex should be legal - consent being something that can only be given by legal age humans, and must be given by all participating parties.

I would legalise prostitution like it is in the Netherlands. With it being a legal occupation there would be taxes paid on it and stringent health checks.

I completely agree with everything you just said. I was just defining what's legally considered consent.

 

Here you have to spend your earned days off before a certain date or you'll lose them.
That's just downright cruel to me. Let people keep their vacation days!
