    When younger I was influenced by Hindu Yoga regarding the loss of bodily fluids when ejaculating, particularly zinc. Therefore even in my thirties and forties only twice per week. Well into my seventies from doctors I now understand that it is advisable to ejaculate once or maybe twice a month since this is a defence against prostate problems. Not being in a relationship I achieve this by masturbation. Stimulus is photos or writing porn.
