I didn’t really watch many cartoons in the 90’s…but I went to a Catholic boarding school, and they used to show Ducktales in the campus restaurant after classes. Nothing like a basket of fries and Scrooge McDuck after a long day in a blazer and tie…

gotta go back earlier then the 90s...

Transformers (the original series), GI Joe, Dungeons and Dragons, Thundar the Barbarian, then later, in the 90s, Batman the Animated Series, Justice League Unlimited...

As others have mentioned, Gargoyles would have to top my list of 90s favorites.

I caught most of the other early Disney Afternoon features too. Rescue Rangers, Duck Tales, Darkwing Duck, Gummi Bears. The Little Mermaid (I have a major crush on Ariel)

Also have to mention Pirates of Dark Water. King Arthur and the Knights of Justice also comes to mind.

Superheroes were another area of interest. Batman: The Animated Series. Spider-Man. X-Men, especially the Phoenix Saga.

Toward the end of the 90s is when I got more into anime. Sailor Moon, Ronin Warriors, Gundam Wing. And the CGI series, Reboot.

    And of course, South Park.

Both before and after the 90s, the original and rebooted series of both He-Man and the Masters of the Universe as well as Thundercats were among my all time favorites as well.

Spiderman was my favourite but I also remember hiding and watching the Simpsons, since my parents didn't like me watching them.
