    Some statistics about the Police.

    There are about 700,000 Law Enforcement Officers in the U.S.
    There are about 48,000,000 Blacks in the U.S.
    13 unarmed Blacks were killed by Police in 2019. Its believe that 8 of the shootings were unjustified.
    89 Police Officers were killed in 2019. 48 were killed in a criminal encounter.
    Keeping to the rate of killings by Blacks this makes 26 Police Officers killed by Blacks.

    So out of a population of 48,000,000, 8 were unlawfully killed by Police, per capita 1 in every 6,000,000.
    Out of a population of 700,000, 26 were unlawfully killed by Blacks, per capita 1 in every 27,000.

    In actually justified police shootings resulting in death, per capita is 30 out of 1,000,000 were Black, 100 out of 1,000,000 were non-Black.
