In the form of a check? Absolutely. I mean before electronic payments this was absolutely the case. Mail is pretty secure. Not to say things don't get lost, also putting political affiliation on envelopes is a terrible idea.

 

Not in the form of a check. Cash money. If it’s so secure you should be able to send $1000 in cash through the mail. Not check. Not money order. US currency. If the answer is no then voting shouldn’t be done by mail either.

 

Definitely paper is the way to go.

Sure there is an easy fix---- Stop allowing it. This country has the resources to allow all in-person voting,
but the Democrats will do everything they can not to allow that to happen.
