    Salad with all the vegetables we can find in the fridge, pieces of different fruits, dressed with pure oil and a touch of vinegar. A little wine. Pineapple for dessert.

    At weekends my sister has her friends and I have mine, but every week we like to have dinner in a restaurant, it's our weekly night. Tonight will be our night and we will go to a restaurant where the waiters are already friends. I don't know what my sister's choice will be, but mine is a plate of tender strips of veal dipped in cream sauce and served with mushrooms and onions. Also a glass of wine and a coconut and chocolate custard.

    Some thick cut dry aged tomahawk steaks with my dry rub slow hickory smoked and finished off on the blackstone with some fresh asparagus that is in season here at the moment.

    True Italian subs.

    Capocolla, Calabrese, Prosciutto cotto, Peppered Genoa salami, sandwich size cut Pepperoni, Provolone, Sliced Roma tomatoes, Sliced Red Onions,
    Sliced Pepperoncino (some with it/some not), Home made Italian Dressing (I know, I know, it's really an American Dressing using Italian herbs, but it tastes so good on a sub!)

    All on Italian White Sub Rolls with a creamy Rotini Pasta Salad as a side.
