what's the last movie you've seen

I watched Dunkirk the other day, thought it was pretty interesting. Probably worth seeing in theatres, IMO.

 

Spiderman: Homecoming for me. Looking forward to Thor: Ragnarok in November.

 

The Avengers. Now watching The Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Mad Max thunder road. they should be ashamed of calling that thing a mad max movie to me it sucked.

Watched Guardians of the Galaxy, Addams Family, and Addams Family 2 last night.

 

Seven. with brad pit. it's thriller about a guy killing people buy the seven deadly sins. good movie sad ending.

 

looking forward to watching "it". it's been ages since i've seen a horror movie in the cinema and i remember the book being very creepy and awesome

 

My favorite short tv series by Stephen King was "the Stand" I loved watching that.

There has also already been a short tv series "IT'. His series were usually on tv so is this one I watched the first episode but I did not really liked the "it" but the "stand" was great. it kept you sitting on the edge of your seat. It wasn't so much horror but just the series kept you interested . It was started out by a science lab where a virus was spilled and it caused the the end of the world. Oh heck you will just have to watch it if you can still get it.

I don't want to spoil it.

 

The Mummy (2017)

It was.......meh

 

I have that on double VHS somewhere and I loved that and the book!

 

i really enjoyed "the stand" as well. i thought that was one of the few stephen king adaptations that did the book justice. plus laura san giacomo is always fun to look at.

i didn't like the 90s "it" but this new one was so good. so damn tense and creepy. definitely worth watching in the cinema, that's for sure.

 

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children...was ok. I think they could have done a lot with the time travel aspect and how to travel time but seemed to skip over that part. Also, I found the plot to be fairly predictable and the ending was well I don't want to say anything if someone does want to watch it. I will say that it is a Tim Burton flick and you can see his fingerprints on it!

 

American Gangster

 

The Avengers. So much set up for later movies that was actually used, like Thor hitting Iron Man with a lightning bolt and it super charging the suit being a set up for Thor charging up Visions "pod".
