    LOL....... you are both over thinking the problem. Its crystal clear if you know your basic laws of physics....in this case the laws of Fluid Dynamics. I can say no more without giving up the answer.....Phy 201 (4:3:4) Intro to College Physics for Science Majors.......preq: Calculus to Diff Eqs.

    I am assuming the "fill up" means to the top.
    If it was just "fill" then I would say A.

    I did several times but I was wrong each time,still figuring. hmmm, maybe if I turn the box upside down might help then the fluid will run back to the tap. Laffin!!!!
