    pics like this never fail to blow my mind...we really are just grains of sand on a beach that is itself just a grain of sand on a bigger beach...wonder why we ever worry about anything that takes place in our small insignificant little lives.

    When you see vids like that, it really does put things into perspective, & I was stunned by just how large the other planets & indeed , the sun, are compared to the Earth. Its mind blowing.

    Check this website called omgspace, it illustrate the scale and the grandeur of our solar system, as well as communicate through the use of infographics and in the exploration of our solar system with various spacecraft.

    Reminds me of the last scene from "Men in Black". Where the main characters opening a locker door, only to realize that their "world" is in a locker and the rest of the universe is REALLY, REALLY big.
