    Thoughts are with you guys down under. Not nice at all. Floods here in the northern hemisphere and it's fucking snowing already.

    This always moves me to tears, while I born German, I have lived her for over 55 years and I am an Aussie at heart, I love this country, here I had opportunities, I never had in Germany, there it was head down and ass
    up, treated like shit, living in poverty, once we had kids. Nothing has changed there.
    I will end my life here and become part of the Aussie earth. I fucking love this place with a passion.

    And now they are getting some fucking storms moving across Queensland, but they are likely to do more harm by fucking lightning strikes than any good - not enough rain actually falling - mostly hail. Damn it.

    Anyway - my heartfelt thanks goes out to all of those Bush Firies now doing their wonderful jobs. Putting their lives at risk to help others, as always. God Bless you all.

    The whole fucking place is on fire, and it is not even summer yet.
    It was 41C/106 F in Melbourne yesterday and the fucking wind was howling, knocking down many trees,driving fires,tens of thousands home are without power.
    Something to look forward too, not.
    We will be 10 million soon, where will the water come from ?
    The fucking politicians are insane bringing in more and more people.
    Manufacturing is pretty well dead, China is buying our raw material, like iron ore etc.
    If they stop we are fucked.

    As long as you can find a way to ship what you don't want/need....

    Now having said that, next year we will probably get fucking floods....

    That's Aussie all over: Bush fires one day, floods the fucking next.

    In beautiful fucking Ontario, we have, in order:

    Snow, blizzards, -40C, followed by floods, then drought, forest fires, +40C, tornados ........... and repeat.

    No earthquakes to speak of.

    It's paradise.

    Yep...you've pretty well got it fucking covered....although we do get the occasional earthquake in Aussie (the last one was about 1 week ago in outback WA near to Karlgoolie).

    I left out the fucking earthquakes because they aren't related to fires and floods.
    The fires remove the earth covering so the floods wash out the soil.
    We get some major mud slides at times. The worse can bury a neighborhood.

    As far as that cop goes, I have several options to deal with him if he becomes too much of a nuisance.
