    I for one, am fucking pleased as punch, that you are back! I'm a stroke survivor myself. It caused me some major problems, I lost fluency in several languages and at least thirty (30%) of my English vocabulary. Plus, the ability to do simple math. Hell's Belles! I still struggle to even make, just simple pocket change!

    My day didn't go as planned either I managed to write off my beautiful car, lights were out on a main intersection.
    Saw nothing, kept going and BANG, car from the right plowed right into mine, the fucking thing was flying.
    I have a very sore neck and shoulders, a bruised right arm and was shaking for hours.
    Seatbelt and airbags saved my ass.
    Now how to get around without a fucking car, without a car here, one is fucked. Sigh.

    Yes, sir, it was do to fucking lack of rest always on the go. always in a fuck bad mood which brings on the tension.

    Looks like you may have to cool things and stop to smell the Roses, no booze, no smoking, no fucking late nights.
    Get rest when needed, no point in burning the candle from both ends.
    Otherwise you are bound to have another worse one, which could be your last.
    You are too young to be burnt out already.
