Sure can, we raise our own, so we know their history! We do the whole processing, start to finish!​

As well as, Big Game animals, we keep chickens and barter a few dozen eggs a week, no Roosters allowed!​

We don't raise Hogs, a family friend does that operation, we barter & trade quite a bit!​

Our Jim is Sharp, Shrewd, and above all Fair!​

He makes sure that all trades are satisfactory before we part company! ​

The horse community is rather strong in the states and they had passed something called The Horse Protection Act of 1970 which banned the slaughter and consumption of horses as food and for other purposes.

They only do that in the EU at the Burger King if you remember.​
