    Our sheep are only for WOOL production.
    You eat the sheep you get no wool.
    You get no wool you get no income.
    Remember the EU pays us to KEEP our sheep not eat them.

    We eat New Zealand sheep and get our clothes from China.

    Its the Canadian way.

    A sheep in its first year is called a lamb, and its meat is also called lamb. The meat of a juvenile sheep older than one year is hogget; outside the North America this is also a term for the living animal. The meat of an adult sheep is mutton.

    Well I will never ever eat lamb, poor babies don't even get to grow up because people want to eat them. I have never eaten any kind of sheep but it damn sure won't be a lamb if I ever do. Thank you Doggie.

    Emeritus?? Where do you get this Emeritus stuff. I'm not retiring yet. Just my term as Dept Chair ended and I ran for the hills. Now its someone else headache for I did my bit for too many years.

    Believe me its not worth the extra money. You get no time to work on your own research. I like it in my nice quiet cubbyhole with its view of the Quad.
