What do you expect if space goes co-ed? The south pole station has been co-ed for years. Re-supply flights in the dark midwinter in the Antarctic are difficult, but if they do happen, condums, medical supplies, and fresh veggies are priorty. Probably more conceptions at the south pole than in Space and even less incest. It would be unusual for siblings to be selected to over winter.

First off, why no mention of rubber banding to keep a couple copulating in space...

On relationships in long term space stations/colonies, there's Heinlein's "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress".

Whether space colonies would relax incest taboos or perhaps make them far more severe, is a question. On the other hand if there were means to make sure conception didn't happen, perhaps sex would be more freed and 'licenses to conceive' would be regulated. On a colony population control of some sort would have to exist, due to limited resource.

Probably observant Catholics would be discouraged to apply.

 

I don't know about that last one.

Plus, if you are going to put down colonies I'm sure they are going to bring equipment and tool for growing food, knowing ahead of time there are limited supplies and a long time between more food and supplies that would be coming, if anymore would be coming at all. So they most likely they would have to build a greenhouse or Bio sphere of some kind, and even bring seeds to grow food maybe even Terra forming equipment to terra form the land for growing too. First order of business is to survive, and learn to live, sex is probably the last thing on their minds, if were talking real life space travel and living on Mars or another planet.
