    Just curious. Whether this site or others, do you masturbate more or fuck your wife? What is the ratio or frequency of each?

    I'll start.

    Although it varies some I'd say I pleasure myself at least 50 times to one with my wife. Maybe more like 100:1.

    She'd been quite the little slut years ago she said, though not in those words. Pretty much fuck any guy who asked her to take off her panties. I can't get her to even let me go down on her. And she's put on a good bit of weight which doesn't help make her desirable.

    The Harvard ejaculation study

    The Health Professionals Follow-Up Study has been collecting information about a large group of volunteers since 1986.
    All the men are health care providers, including dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians, optometrists, ophthalmologists,
    and podiatrists. Most are white. In 1992, 29,342 men between the ages of 46 and 81 provided information about their
    average number of ejaculations per month in young adulthood (age 20–29), middle age (40–49), and in the most recent
    year. Ejaculations included sexual intercourse, nocturnal emissions, and masturbation. The volunteers provided
    comprehensive health and lifestyle data every two years until the study concluded in 2000.

    The scientists found no evidence that frequent ejaculations mark an increased risk of prostate cancer.

    In fact, the reverse was true: High ejaculation frequency was linked to a decreased cancer risk. Compared to men who
    reported 4–7 ejaculations per month across their lifetimes, men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month enjoyed
    a 31% lower risk of prostate cancer. And the results held up to rigorous statistical evaluation even after other lifestyle
    factors and the frequency of PSA testing were taken into account.

    Ejaculation study from Down Under

    An Australian study of 2,338 men examined the impact of sexual factors on the occurrence of prostate cancer before
    the age of 70. Like the Harvard research, the Australian investigation evaluated total ejaculations rather than sexual
    intercourse itself. Like the American men, the Australians who ejaculated most frequently enjoyed a reduced risk of
    prostate cancer. The effect was strongest for the frequency of ejaculations in young adulthood, even though prostate
    cancer was not diagnosed until many decades later. Even so, the apparent protection extended to all age groups.

    In all, men who averaged 4.6–7 ejaculations a week were 36% less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer before
    the age of 70 than men who ejaculated less than 2.3 times a week on average.

    I have not have any sexual contact other than masturbation for 17 years.
    No thanks to that I now have prostate cancer.
    I made sure to thank my wife for fucking up my life.
    Of course all the ladies knew I was married and refused to be close, they all respected my wife too much.

    I am in a long distance relationship so when we are apart I pleasure myself at least once every day if not more, mainly with the help of some of the wonderful posts on this site.     I totally agree. My ex and I fucked like rabbits until she got pregnant with our son, then the pussy vault closed, and only opened a couple days every 14 to 18 months. I couldn't take it anymore after 7 years!!!

    Oh and to answer the question about masturbation. As a teen it was 3 to 4 times a day, then in my 20's and 30's 1 - 2 times a day unless i was married or had a girlfriend, and most of them were good for 2 or 3 shots a day at least. Now in my 50's I clean the pipes at least once a day (I have to save plenty for my ex step daughter, and my sister to share).

    I definitely masturbate more than I have sex with my wife. We only have sex about once a month, sometimes once every 2 months. I masturbate almost daily.

    I did talk to my wife about it and that I wished we had sex more often. The frequency stayed the same, but the sex has gotten a lot better since the chat. At least there was a silver lining to it.

    I'd like to say I masturbate probably 4 to 5 times a week. Sex with my wife is sporadic, sometimes it's once a week, sometimes once every two weeks. Recently because I have been off work for the holiday we have had sex every day. Usually during the year though it's more like once every two weeks average. It usually doesn't effect how much I masturbate though, that remains pretty constant, in my mind the two have nothing to do with eachother. One is simple self pleasure, the other is making love and very different.

    I masturbate almost daily. It’s been a few years since my wife and I have been sexually active due to her health issues. However things are improving and looking up. So the ratio is hundreds, if not thousands, to one. Even before the health issues, I had a much higher sex drive.
