The horse's mane is called mix and the tail colour is"flaxen". (It's not unusual for the tail and mane not to match).

Just love the photo of the mountain erupting Jamie. Mankind just cannot compete with anything that nature does. When I was about 14, I was with my family on holiday travelling around the middle of NZ just as Mt Ngauruhoe (pronounced: Naa-ooo-roo-ho-e) erupted back in 1968 and happened to have the old super-8 movie camera handy. It was only a minor euption, but still very impressive.
