    Glad you are doing better. Personally, I would tell that ‘particular entity’ that has an issue to go screw themselves.

    I hated to give up being a Moderator at the old IT site. I loved it but at the time my prognosis was not very good. It took me close to three years to recuperate and by then IT was already on its last leg.

    If you are good as everyone says you are you should come back as moderator and damn those that have an issue with it. Just a humble opinion from a past moderator to a current one on medical hiatus.

    Anna, you know that you'll always have my prayers regardless of whether you're on the road to recovery or fully recovered. You say things as they are, which is how it should be. No lies!! And I totally respect her for that.

    The "particular entity" that made that decision is the owner of this forum. His forum, his decision.

    Regarding female moderators, there was no conspiracy. Male members outnumber female members by about 10 to 1.
    The few female members who were initially approached declined the invitation.

    To be considered for a moderator position a member has to show a history of:
    Frequently logging in
    Actively posting
    Playing well with others.​

    It's possible that if Annab2 is able to meet those requirements in the future,
    when I need another moderator,
    I may be able to convince Andy to change his mind.

    Just to let everyone know, I'm still battling this darn old Leukemia. Unfortunately. there is no cure for this dread disease. But rest assured, I will continue to fight it tooth and nail! I've been taking the only treatment that is designed and proven to prolong life! This little hitch in my giddyap hasn't cost me my sense of humor! IB Still Rocks!

    Anna sorry to hear about your health sweetheart. I hope you go into remission soon. I have a cousin fighting the same thing, thankfully she has been in remission for several years, but it was a long fight to get there. You can do this, never give up. ;););)

    That's something I plan on doing myself. Anna is a very sweet person from the things I have read from her, and your right, no way does she deserve whats happening. Sending prayers her way myself.
