Erotica in convenience stores

I remember growing up in the midwest. Well before there was a 7/11 on every corner. In the convince stores there would be a magazine rack. Some porn mags etc but also small little books like this. Does anyone remember these and if so do they still sell them somewhere? This really caught my interest as a young man.

 

I remember them too in Michigan but in party/liquor stores, I never was brazen enough to buy one though. Not sure if they still exist, the internet has killed off most print unfortunately but it also has made it easier to look with anonymously without being exposed to public scrutiny.

 

I still live in the midwest, and as of a couple years ago I knew of a couple places that still carried small magazines like this. I even purchased a few of them myself. They are still there you just have to know where to look. I will I haven't bought one since I found Literotica, though I do miss some of the photo's they had in the magazines. That's part of the reason I was on Tumblr until now.

I bet there are still a few places in the states where you could buy these.

I also remember going to the convenience store, late at night and buy some milk, cookies.....and one of these hot booklets.

I remember to keep it hidden under the mattres for my enjoyment during night time.

 

During 90s I collected this type of magazines in NY where I was posted for a year. These little digests contained good stories. I don’t know whether publication continues. Sometimes I read those old stories still.
