    No. I mean they won the Governorship in a deep red state. The Rs must have had a really flawed person. And after a google, they did. Kobach. The author of "Well if someone named James Johnson voted in CA and "another" James Johnson voted in NV? We just proved voter fraud. Seriously. "Cross Check" was not much more complicated than "they have the same name!".
