    The Democrats have taken the best State in the Union and turned it into the worst state. The saddest thing about the whole situation is that they did it on purpose.

    As of 12/16/2018 this proposal was abandoned because changes in Federal regulations made the tax illegal, but it says a lot of the Liberal Democrats that they would try. The Democrats are pursuing other methods of raising taxes.

    California was once a beautiful state, and people desired to move there. Now with just the population of a few large cities it is rapidly becoming a third world shithole. I feel sorry for the people still living in the northern half and out in the country because they have lost all representation in their state house.

    This year a law requiring a permit and background check for buying ammunition takes effect. This is a backhanded attempt by the Democrats to impose Universal Gun Registration on the people. The Democrats couldn't pass the Universal Registration by direct means, so they created this law to register guns going around the will of the people. This just proves that The Democrats have no intention of serving the people, they are only out for themselves. Once they get universal registration, it won't be long before they start confiscation. The Democrats have got to be gotten rid of, so California can once again become a free and prosperous State.

    Your not going to get rid of the Dems. They've been in power for decades. The new governor says everyone is welcome, we're a sanctuary state. Will give you free this, we'll give you free that. Somehow the fucking bastard is going to tax water. If you can leave California, do it now. Got out of the there 2006, never looked back.
