A Conservatives view of Liberals

What I find most frustrating about liberals is that they show no understanding whatsoever of the concept that any of their notions could possibly be mistaken.

It's astounding - they just assume that they couldn't possibly be wrong, because they're liberal ! Huh ? It's a mental illness - and if left untreated, the next thing you know they'll be believing that they were chosen to be that way !

Mistaken about what exactly?

 

Pretty much any notion that they've recently already got their minds made up on - they tend not to converse, but rather to pontificate.

 

He’s a backwards Conservative supporter who doesn’t rely on logic. It’s like trying to play chess with a pigeon

 

See what I mean ? And as a result of their supercilious attitudes, they prevent themselves from learning.

 

And just to think ...

... that out of all of them, you picked me ! ​

 

Ok Iam a Canadian, Now we have had our share of dummies running the country. but come on lets face it even Trumps own party is starting to say hmmm

 

The past like 15 years man I didn’t mind them but they have gotten wayyy more radical than in previous years. The people they pick to go to office are awful!

 

I would hope that going forward, personal attacks will be discouraged rather than rewarded.

 

What amazes me is that someone still supports conservative ideologies, both fiscal and social, that have resulted in abject failure and only represent the interest of the top 10% of the socio-economic spectrum. The only reason it continues is that the represented group continues to pit poor uneducated whites, african-americans, women, latinos, and other "minorities" against each other.

 

This conversation clearly needs an advice column, something like ...

To the two who first liked that song up there - I'd sell my soul to Satan (we're mostly just negotiating for time-frame anyway) ...
... for a beer with you two guys. And the rest who like it can pick up the tab !
