    ISIS says its them
Russians cry and say it's Ukraine, that they are monsters. Yet, Russians kill Ukrainian civilians daily and, for them, it's fine. Just like all their attack on civilian infrastructures, like the hydroelectric powerstation hit with 8 missiles
Such a Nazi state deshumanizing their enemy

This war was started by Russia for no reason except to conquer countries in order to seize their natural resources, impose its policies, expand its territory and impose its dictatorship by force. It is Russia that is killing civilians, regardless of sex and age. It is Russia who wanted to demonstrate its military power, its strength and its war strategies and today, after two years, it has still not succeeded.

So yeah, its all sad about the terrorist attack, but I wont cry for them. After all, thry, by their fucking inaction, are allowing the murders of thousands of Ukrainian civilians.
137 dead Russian civilians? What about the few THOUSANDS killed by Russia's barbarian hordes.
So we see who the real terrorists are: Russia and the FSB

Once upon a time, armies lined up in a field and killed each other. All very civilized.
Only in the history books and movies.
The only difference between a terrorist and a soldier is the uniform.

Only the international court of justice can decide who attacked whom and what this whole war is for. You are clearly not a member of the court, but you already know everything about what ,hov ,and why . And all because you were told so - and you believe it. What is the difference from the propaganda of Russia.

The difference is simple. Ukraine is our friend, Russia is our enemy. Sorry, but that's just the way it works.

August 21st 1991, officially, to answer the first question. Although we have always been sympathetic towards the Ukrainians.

For as long as it has existed, to answer the second question. Russia may have been a military ally for part of WW2, but it was still the enemy. Always has been.

Nothing personal Vladislav, but your country is pretty much universally despised.

You do, of course have every right to express your viewpoint on here, it's always good to hear the other side of the story.

The difference with Russia's propaganda is that there are many international bodies and also non-governmental organisations that are continuously reporting what is happening. The difference is in all the images and videos that are being published. Nowadays all mobile phones have cameras and record videos, not videos of journalists but of civilians recording these images. Honestly, after two years of war, can anyone forget all the military manoeuvres of Russia near the Ukrainian border and after two years of war cannot forget that it is the Russian army that is on the territory of another country, i.e. it has invaded another country.

On the issue of the International Court, the solution is very simple: stop the war immediately and make Russia and Ukraine submit to this Court. But it is Russia that does not want to take that decision. Now you will tell me that this Court is not independent.

Ukraine became our friend when they were freed from the USSR and the Russians.
Russians always were enemies. Before they fought the Nazis, USSR actually fought alongside them (attacked Poland together). If Hitler hadn't attacked Russia, USSR would have been an ally for a long time.
And Russia always was a country wanting to invade, conquer, rape, murder. They learned that from the Mongols and Tatars, then decided to do it themselves, to themselves for a while, then to others.
From 'outsiders', Russians learned savagery, barbarism. And since then, they have been just like that.
Not all Russians are bad, but their country as a whole is "evil", not in a biblical sense, but because they never knew freedom (serfs under the Czars, then 'slaves' under USSR, then serfs again under the Russian Federation), and they think that to be 'strong' they have to murder others and steal their lands.
Europe has had a history of savagery, of slavery. But they became more civilized. Russians still are there, they never got more civilized. They could be, if they were free from dictators. But dictators and the mob control Russia. So it won't happen for a long time, unless they somehow wake up and start a civil war.

The international court of justice issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin about a month after the war started. Do you still question who started the war and who is to blame?

I don't think there is a link between the war and the terrorist attack. At this moment all Russian assets are deployed in Ukraine to fight the war they started. This means their home is undefended. Russian Volunteers ran into Belgorod Oblast to be a nuisance to the Kremlin and Islamic terrorists were able to attack a venue in Moscow. They both have their motivations, which might be totaly different, partially different or almost the same.

The say that history is only a chronology of events , but the interpretation of these events is already an art. And art is the manipulation of consciousness Who (specifically) WILL FORCE - by God, like little children. That s all.

They are more trying to bend the narative to their advantage. As public opinion is derived from media space, they flood the media space with theirs. As this is a discussion forum, Ins-Dream is part of the media space.

If you are spoonfed over and over with the same narative, dictated by the government, you will finaly believe this narative as true. You see these kinds of posts in the comments of war reporters on Youtube. They go as far as hyjacking the channels.

All sides do this. It is important to keep the public opinion in favour of what you're doing, if it turns against you, you will lose. A good example would be the USA in Viet Nam. So you spin the news to to your own benefit, demonize the other guy, keep the rabble happy.
You can say anything you want, claim whatever you wish, it does not matter. If you win the war, you get to write history, your version becomes fact. If you lose, so what, you've already lost the war.
